  2. PHYSICAL GOODS
    2.1 Return Eligibility
           â€‹2.1.1 Timeframe: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receipt.
           2.1.2 Condition: Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags, and in the original packaging.
           2.1.3 Proof of Purchase: A receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
           
    2.1.4 Exclusions: Returns are not accepted for perishable goods, custom items, personal care products, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, sale items, or gift cards.

    Return Process
           
    2.2.1 Initiate Return: To begin a return, contact us at info@fun-verse.io.
           2.2.2 Return Instructions: Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where to send your item. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

     Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received in a damaged, defective, or incorrect condition.

    2.3 Damages and Issues
    Please inspect your order upon receipt. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect,  contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.

    2.4 Exchanges
    To exchange an item, initiate a return for the original item. Once your return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.

    2.5 Refunds

    Inspection and Approval: After we receive and inspect your return, we will update you of the refund approval status.
           2.5.2 
    Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Additional processing time may be required by your bank or credit card provider.
     

  3. DIGITAL GOODS
    3.1 Refund Eligibility
           3.1.1 Unauthorized Transactions: Report any unauthorized or fraudulent transactions within 7 days to determine eligibility for a refund.
           3.1.2 
    Technical Errors: Refunds may be granted in cases of duplicate billing or incorrect charges due to system errors.
           3.1.3 
    Non-Refundable: All digital items, including virtual assets, in-game items, and downloadable content, are non-refundable once purchased.

    3.2 Refund Process
    To request a refund for digital goods, please email with transaction details and any relevant documentation. Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days.
     

  4. SUBSCRIPTION SERVICES
    4.1 Digital Subscriptions
           4.1.1 Cancellation: You may cancel your digital subscription at any time by contacting customer support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the billing cycle, and you will retain access to the subscription until then.
           4.1.2 Refunds: Digital subscriptions are non-refundable once billed. For technical issues or unauthorized charges, please contact us within 7 days of the transaction at info@fun-verse.io.

     

  5. EUROPEAN UNION 14-DAY COOLING-OFF PERIOD
    If your order is shipped to a location within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return it within 14 days, with no justification needed. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags and packaging, and accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase.
